For custom pieces, please leave details in the notes section at checkout or contact me for a custom listing. Please leave a note in regards to the type of font you would like to use (even if it is a general comment like "script" or "bold"). This will help expedite the design process.

After receiving your order, I will provide at least one email with an image detailing what exactly will be etched onto the item bought. I will require a confirmation from the customer in order to proceed with the etching process. I will also do this for any changes that I make unless the customer makes it clear to me that I have "artistic license" and not require email confirmations on designs alterations. Confirmation of any custom proof MUST be made to do etching.

Please be aware that each item is hand made to order and large orders will take longer than normal. Additionally I stay at home to take care of my sons full time and only able to work on orders during the school days they share or the nights after they go to bed and the weekends. I do my best to get things done fast and efficiently but since Etched Feelings is a one woman operation please understand that I cannot work as fast as other companies, however you will get real hard work, quality items and will be supporting a small business and family.

You can cancel any normal order prior to shipping and any custom order within 2 days of purchase. For custom orders, if I have created a design proof already I will refund your order less a $3 design/correspondence fee.
